Defective or Incorrect Products

If you find any defects in the products you receive, you may return them to us. If we’ve sent the wrong items, we’ll ensure that you receive the correct product and reimburse your shipping costs for returning the incorrect one. This policy also applies to defective products.

Limitations on Returns and Exchanges

Please note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they become defective after delivery. If you receive an order that is defective or wrong, we will happily exchange it for the correct item.

Refunds for Sold-Out Items

Once your order has been shipped, exchanges are not possible. If the correct product is sold out, we will issue a full refund to your bank account.
